Who We Are
PRASTAV Education Service Pvt Ltd is a startup that aims to be an innovative training provider to upskill India.
India’s employment landscape is changing as very large scale mobile and electronics manufacturing comes to India, thanks to the Make in India initiative rolling out or notifying schemes like Production Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI), Scheme for Promotion of Manufacturing of Electronic Components and Semiconductors (SPECS) and Modified Electronics Manufacturing Clusters Scheme (EMC 2.0), Production Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI), etc.
These schemes are expected to attract significant electronics manufacturing to India. Since Electronics Manufacturing requires higher skill than the traditional manufacturing, Prastav seeks to fill this gap to benefit both - the manufacturers seeking to hire and recruit skilled staff and the staff themselves to help shape their careers in the right direction. To achieve its objectives, Prastav aims to work with the support of various skilling schemes being run by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), State Skill Missions, etc.
Our Advisors
Abhijeet Kudva
PGDM from IIM Calcutta, B.E. from VJTI, University of Bombay
Abhijeet brings hardcore operations and strategic thinking to the advisory board of Prastav. He has had a diverse work experience across Private Equity, Sales & Marketing and Consulting.
Abhijeet led Portfolio Operations for Zephyr Peacock, an SME focused growth PE fund in India. Focus on helping build portfolio companies via management support, operational assistance and business expansion. Positions held include CEO at e2E Rail (2015-2020); Director on the boards of Loanzen Technologies, 20Cube Logistics, Swarna Pragati.
Prior to Zephyr, he was a Strategic Marketing Manager with Honeywell Fluorine Products. He was responsible for new product development, strategy, commercialization and marketing of Fluorine products in India and Turkey. He was also the Global Product Manager for Solstice GBA (Gas Blowing Agent) for foam applications in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Australia.
Prior to Honeywell, Abhijeet was a Consultant with McKinsey & Company, India for over 5 years where he worked on strategy, operations and marketing projects in India, Africa, Europe and US. He also worked with clients in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metals and mining, EPC and telecom domains.
Abhijeet is an academic super achiever. He was placed on the Institute honor roll at IIM Calcutta. He also ranked first in his batch as he completed the B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay.
Rajesh Mittal
B.E. Industrial from IIT Roorkee 1999
Rajesh started his career with Honda Siel Cars in July 1999
Since January 2000, Rajesh joined his family business where he worked on designing, printing of computer stationery. In December 2003, Rajesh single handedly diversified his traditional family business of paper stationery to designing, printing and scanning of OMR sheets. He deepened this business further to start examination data processing and did exam work for UPSC. Other than UPSC, Rajesh also worked with UPPSC Allahabad, DSSSB, DGCA, Jamia Millia Islamic, Jamia Hamdard, Lucknow University, Haryana State Edu Board, Rajasthan Univ, AIMA, IETE, IP University. Between January 2009 and December 2013, Rajesh was responsible for delivering results of approximately 15 lakh candidates every year.
Between 2013 and 2016, Rajesh also worked for Rajasthan University. Here he was responsible for exam processing of 10 lakh students.
In 2014, Rajesh shifted focus to renewable energy. At present, he is the promoter of Rhine Solar Ltd, a company that manufactures solar panels and provides solar panel installation solutions for residential and commercial projects.
