Our innovative training programmes map to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) as dictated by the Skill India Mission. These allow for the workforce to have gainful skills that transverse geographies.
We help the candidates connect with the various available government schemes and help them get full benefits (like cash rewards, insurance, etc.) under the scheme.
We provide employment services to the candidates and connect them with employers to enable them to start working immediately after the training. All these services are at NO COST to the candidate.
Employers
Benefits of Prastav’s services to the Employers are immense. Prastav’s training programmes are run pre-employment; this ensures that the employers do not have to hire untrained staff and train them later.
Prastav trains candidates by mapping the employers’ requirements with the NOS. This means that the employers get to select from a pool of candidates trained to suit their job roles.
Prastav takes the support of government run schemes to train the staff. This results in no financial burden to the employers.
